Yoga

Yoga

Yoga as a blend of ancient science and modern lifestyle is not just a physical exercise. It is a comprehensive science with tools such as breathing techniques, asanas (yoga postures), meditation, sounds or mantras, points of focus, through which transformation or change occurs in our body.

Its many benefits accompanied by extensive scientific research have led the World Health Organization (WHO) to recognize and include yoga as one of the scientifically recognized health and therapeutic systems, and UNESCO has included it on the prestigious World Heritage List, saying it is “designed to help individuals to build self-realization, reduce the difficulties they face and enable a state of liberation, yoga is practiced by both young and old, without class, sex or religious discrimination”. But regardless, unfortunately there is still ignorance and rejection of yoga in some circles and misconceptions and myths about it.

My goal

The goal of my exclusively individual way of teaching yoga is to bring this ancient knowledge closer in a modern and practical way in order to improve the quality of life, because yoga for me is the unity of mind, spirit and body, the balance between them, how to calm the senses and mind, a great opportunity for easier understanding of myself, other people and their actions, easier relationship with everyday situations, more willing reaction to them, thus becoming a peaceful observer of everything that exists and comes, and these are values that I will pass on to my clients.

Praxis

As yoga contains many styles, exclusively by individual approach to the client, and during and after the introductory interview and assessment, together a perfectly tailored, individually designed style, the way and time of work is determined, all strictly adhering to the principles of holistic approach.

Help everyone

The very design of yoga leads each individual to, using their own tools, purify their view of themselves, others and life, which inevitably leads to the collective creation of a healthier, more positive, happier and more creative society.
