At the workshop, we will remind ourselves how important the prevention of breast cancer is to us, what are the prevention measures,
I will demonstrate to you and we will learn how to properly perform a breast self-examination,
we will remind ourselves of the importance of ultrasound and mammography examination,
how important is the support of the environment in the treatment of breast cancer,
how can i help myself
how yoga and sound therapy, with their gentle and holistic approach, can help and contribute to the process of conventional breast cancer treatment...<\/div>
We will try to breathe deeply consciously...we will try to make our body aware...we will learn something...we will devote ourselves and our health...for an hour, an hour and a half...or until we decide it is time to go home...for the day...<\/div>
Whether you just want to learn something about such an important topic for women, whether you are in a risk group for the same, whether your wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend is in the process of treatment or you yourself are in the same, whether you have gone through hard fight with this disease...come, be supportive...be there..for HER...<\/div>
