During sound therapy, alpha waves are activated in the brain as well as even deeper theta waves that lead to a state of deep relaxation and help with various imbalances. The brain waves slow down, both hemispheres of the brain balance, and the process of self-healing begins.<\/p>

Everything around us, even we humans, contain a unique original vibration. At birth, it is perfect, and as we grow up, it is disrupted due to external and internal factors. From ancient times the sound has been used for therapeutic purposes, in celebrations, ceremonies, rituals, meditation and healing. Sound, voice and music are used in sound therapy, and the instruments used to perform the technique are Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs, drums, rattles, musical forks, bells, crystal lyre and the most powerful instrument is the human voice, it is the most creative and oldest musical instrument which has great power and impact on us and our environment.\n

\nThe sound of gongs calms the nervous system and deeply relaxes, regulates the endocrine glands, stimulates circulation, regulates blood pressure, balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain, strengthens immunity and encourages cleansing the body of toxins and creativity, intuition and joy of life. The sound of Gong stimulates the flow of life energy (prana) through the chakras and meridians (nadis) and removes energy blockages (subconscious programs and traumas).
