The idea of \u200b\u200bstarting my own business started a few years ago when I was forced to look for ways to relax and improve my health due to personal health problems. After many attempts and experiences of various methods, I personally became convinced of the effectiveness of practicing yoga, sound therapy and meditation as the only method that primarily helped me and my close family.<\/p>

Over time, I became acquainted with various hobbies that I enjoyed, including practicing yoga, and developed a sense and love of teaching clients how to maintain, improve health, and help heal certain health problems or illnesses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In my many years of work experience as a health professional in direct contact with severe or mild forms of various diseases and degrees of disability, I saw a strong need to help patients alleviate or completely eliminate psychological difficulties how to cope with their underlying disease, and this is primarily empathic conversation with a professional, and various methods of relaxation.<\/p>

Considering the benefits I felt myself while practicing these methods, I became intensely interested in this type of holistic approach to improving health, and after several years of practicing it, I decided to formally train as a yoga instructor and sound massage practitioner, with the sole goal of sharing my experience and help others in the same or similar situations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
